The Titan Football Program focuses on developing Football Specific Athleticism. Our 3 Movement Pillars of focus are Speed, Strength & Mobility. We Compete to PROGRESS Performance and take Pride in developing Durability. Our Football program is led by Coach Blake Hatt from the University of Ottawa along with James Peter of the Ottawa RedBlacks and Liam Lively, Strength Coach for Gee-Gees Football.
