ATHLETE DROP-IN CLASSES

Join our After-School Athlete Drop-In Program at Titan Performance, where young athletes can elevate their performance and stay ahead of the game!  This program is tailored to meet the unique needs of different age groups:

  • BTA Age Athletes (Monday & Wednesday): Focus on foundational strength, speed, and injury prevention techniques. Ideal for younger athletes looking to build a solid base and improve their overall athleticism.
  • JR and SR Age Athletes (Monday - Friday): More advanced training designed to enhance power, strength, and speed. This program is perfect for older athletes aiming to refine their development, increase their performance, and stay competitive.

Our expert coaches will guide each session, emphasizing proper form and technique to maximize results while minimizing the risk of injury. Whether your athlete is preparing for their next season or looking to stay in peak condition year-round, our drop-in program offers the perfect blend of training and flexibility.

Titan | Build the Athlete teaches young athletes how to USE (Movement Literacy), DEVELOP (Performance) & MAINTAIN (Recovery) their bodies

Titan Performance Center's Build the Athlete program may be the solution for you! Our Build the Athlete program teaches your young athletes how to use, develop and maintain their bodies while maintaining that critical aspect of making the exercises fun and engaging!


Titan's Build the Athlete will introduce your young athletes to the fundamentals of movement, balance, running and leveraging their bodies.

Titan | Build the Athlete Classes

In SPEED we focus on: 

  • Acceleration / Track Mechanics 
  • Footwork (Tight Feet in Tight Spaces)
  • Change of Direction / Loading Patterns
  • Agility / Reaction


In STRENGTH we teach:

  • Calisthenics (Body Weight) progressing from holds to controlled movements to circuit training 
  • Move Your Spine -> Core 
  • We Break Strength into Upper & Lower Push & Pull Movements
    • Lower Push (Squat, Single Leg Squat)
    • Lower Pull (Hinge, Single Leg Glute Bridge)
    • Upper Push (Push Ups, Handstand)
    • Upper Pull (Horizontal Row, Hanging)


In POWER we work on:

  • Jumping, Hopping & Bounding
  • Landing -> Absorbing forces / Deceleration 
  • Throwing -> MedBall Rotational Work


In COMPETE we celebrate competition through:

  • Games
  • Relays
  • Challenges
  • FUN!!
