Circuit Burn is an intense, high-energy class designed to challenge your entire body. With 6-8 stations featuring a variety of full-body strength and conditioning exercises, participants will push their limits through a combination of weight training, bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular drills. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve overall fitness, increase endurance, and build strength, all while keeping the workouts dynamic and engaging. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Circuit Burn will help you break through plateaus and achieve your fitness goals.

Mobility and Strength is a balanced class designed to improve both flexibility and muscle power. Starting with 20 minutes of full-body mobility exercises, participants will work on increasing joint flexibility, range of motion, and overall body movement. The second half of the class focuses on 40 minutes of full-body strength patterns, targeting key muscle groups to build strength and stability. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, enhance your lifting capabilities, or simply improve overall functional movement, this class offers a perfect blend of mobility work and strength training to help you move better and feel stronger.

Join Coach Vero for an action-packed 90-minute class that combines 60 minutes of high-intensity Bootcamp HIIT with 30 minutes of focused stretching and recovery.
Bootcamp HIIT (60 min):
This fast-paced session alternates between intense exercises and short recovery periods to boost strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Expect full-body circuits featuring bodyweight movements, resistance training, and functional exercises designed to challenge all fitness levels.
Stretch & Recover (30 min):
Cool down with targeted stretching to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote recovery. Vero will guide you through deep stretches for key muscle groups, helping you release built-up stress and restore balance to your body.

Ready to take your strength training to the next level? Whether you're brand new to weightlifting or looking to refine your technique, Powerlifting 101 with Coach Vero is the perfect place to start. This class covers the fundamentals of powerlifting, focusing on the three main lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Coach Vero brings years of experience and a passion for teaching to create a welcoming, supportive space for lifters of all levels.
What to Expect:
In this class, Coach Vero will guide you through proper form, injury prevention, and technique for each of the core powerlifting movements. You’ll learn how to maximize your strength safely, progressively, and efficiently—whether your goal is to lift more weight, improve overall fitness, or simply build confidence under the bar.
Saturday 9-10am
Jumpstart your weekend with Coach Vero in Weekend Pump, a full-body HIIT session designed to torch calories, build strength and boost endurance! This high-energy class kicks off with a 10 minute mobility warm-up to get your body primed and ready. Next, elevate your heart rate with TABATA-style-warm-up sequence. From there, you'll get to rotate through dynamic stations featuring explosive cardio bursts, strength-building exercises and core focused moves, all set to an upbeat playlist that will keep your energy high.
Modifications are available for all fitness levels, so wether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you'll feel challenged and accomplished and ready to take on the weekend!
