A great class to build functional strength patterns, lean muscle mass, and muscle endurance. Every session has a combination of mobility, strength and conditioning giving you a well-rounded workout. This class is a great opportunity to improve your form on a wide variety of exercises. Coach Scotty is always looking for fun and challenging ways to make sure you feel the burn! We have early morning, lunch time, and evening options available.
MON/WED/FRI: 6:15am & 12pm
TUES/THURS @ 7pm
A high-energy, positive and supportive environment. Greatest HIITs incorporates cardio and strength training through a series of movements performed in short spurts of time. Whether you are a beginner or a regular in the gym, this class will challenge your personal threshold. Led by Coach Vero, this fitness class allows members to work autonomously through various stations, providing a great opportunity to compete against yourselves in a group setting. Pump up the jam and let’s get going with Greatest HIITs!
