We teach kids how to USE, DEVELOP and MAINTAIN their bodies!
We keep sports and training fun, inclusive and exploratory. BTA introduces kids to the fundamentals of movement, balance, running and leveraging their bodies.
BTA is perfect for boys and girls. Participants will learn so much about themselves and what exercises they like, what they’re good at and what sports they might like to try next.

The Titan Build the Athlete Program focuses on building strong foundations in each of our Primary Performance Pilar’s including Speed, Strength & Mobility.

Online, the Titan Build the Athlete program holds young Athletes accountable to their Athletic Progress with multiple weekly Zoom training sessions, Homework and a point system that tracks their Progress.
