JR/SR Soccer:
Speed - Athletes will cover the fundamentals of linear acceleration, lateral & multi-directional change of direction as well as transitional speed.
Explosive Power & Strength - Athletes will be exposed to various types of jump training as well as weightlifting specifically designed to make them a better soccer player.
BTA Soccer:
Building the Athlete from the ground up. This program will aim to teach young Athletes how to Use their bodies to improve & develop Movement, Balance, Coordination, Jumping, Speed and overall Athleticism.
These 60min Athletic Foundation sessions will be intense and fast moving to challenge Athletes in a Fun and Competitive Environment.
Specific Areas of Focus Include:
⁃ Foot Development
⁃ Core Foundations
⁃ Jumping Foundations (Accepting & Exerting Force)
⁃ Speed Foundations (Mechanics, Footwork, Agility)
⁃ Strength Foundations (Squat, Hinge, Hang, Push)
