REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of an injury or if a client is unable to attend a Program, Class, or Event, it is the responsibility of the client to provide Titan with written notice, along with a Doctor’s note, prior to the start of the Program, Class, or Event. Upon receipt of the required documentation, the client will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $25 administration fee. The credit may be used toward any Program, Class, or Event offered by Titan within one (1) full calendar year from the date the credit is issued.

Membership cancellations require one (1) full calendar month’s written notice. Clients are responsible for submitting their cancellation request in writing at least one month prior to their desired cancellation date. Membership fees will remain applicable during the required notice period, and cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with the one-month notice requirement.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Titan.
