REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Program, Class & Event Cancellation Policy

If an injury or inability to attend prevents you from joining a program, class or event, send written notice and a doctor’s note to Titan Performance Centre before it starts. You will receive a credit for the amount paid, less a $25 administration fee. The credit can be used toward a program, class or event within one full calendar year from the date it is issued.

Membership Cancellation Policy

To cancel, send written notice to info@titanperformance.ca at least one full calendar month before your cancellation date. Fees continue during the notice period.
