WHAT THE STATIONS INVOLVE
Team Challenges & Booking Details
• 30 min treadmill session: stride length, arm mechanics and the Titan Speed Test.
• Gym testing: broad jump, 20-yard short shuttle and hang test.
• Obstacle course: review all six components, then race for the best time.
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice and have a $50 administration fee.
All prices are plus HST.
