WHO WE ARE
Titan’s Athletic Development program is facilitated by our Lead Performance Coach: Joey Kwasniewski and
his team of dedicated Coaches who were developed through our Titan Internship Program in association
with the uOttawa Gee-Gee Performance Internship Program which aims to develop and foster young
professional coaches.
Over the past 15 years, Joey has worked with hundreds of Professional, Collegiate, High School &
Elementary level Athletes in multiple sports, teaching them how to improve their Athleticism while
providing the tools & Habits required to Progress their athletic careers. He is also responsible for overseeing
the Performance training which encompasses the Speed, Strength & Mobility development of over 1,000
uOttawa Gee-Gees Varsity & Club Athletes. On the professional side, Joey is the current Performance Coach
for the Ottawa Blackjacks & has 9 years experience in the CFL working for the Ottawa RedBlacks and
Calgary Stampeders

- All of the coaches are students or graduated from bSC Hk Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (UOttawa)

Testing is about more than just evaluating an athletes performance level. Testing allows you to identify weaknesses, helps in goal setting and promotes accountability to your Team Culture.
Titan offers both On & Off Ice Testing Batteries that comes with a Testing Report which includes:
