The Build the Athlete (BTA) Hockey program is for the young aspiring Hockey player who loves to Move and Compete.
The BTA program is all about developing the Foundations in Athleticism. The JR BTA program focuses more on Speed, Jumping and an intro to primary calisthenic strength patterns while the SR BTA program has a bigger emphasis on early Strength development with one Speed focused session and one Strength session per week.
What to expect:
PHASE 1:
-Evaluation + Strength (Holds), Speed (Footwork foundations & A Mechanics Standing, COD<90)
PHASE 2:
-Strength (Tempo), Speed (A Mechanics Moving, Intro COD>90, Applied>90)
PHASE 3:
-Strength (Tempo 2), Speed (Wall A Mechanics, Intro Rounded, Applied COD<900
PHASE 4:
-Strength (Classic Tempo), Speed (Band Mechanics, Applied Rounded, Intro to Maneuverability)
PHASE 5:
- Strength (Power), Speed (Prowler Mechanics, Maneuverability & Competition)
PHASE 6:
- Strength (Volume), Speed (Testing Focus)
