TOUGH TIMES DON’T LAST, TOUGH PEOPLE DO

Focus on the things you can control. You can Control your Mind, what you Say, how you Feel and what you Do. Practice does not make perfection, practice makes PROGRESS! The Progress that we make is determined by how we practice. We all need to practice what we Think, what we Say, what we Feel and what we Do. Nobody else has control of these things. As we improve, we recognize that there’s no situation we can’t pull through. -> Do your part, stay at home! Keep grinding away with school, work & family. Life is always changing so we need to always be adapting.

In Week 4 of Isolation Titan is taking another step forward to serve our Community better. We are now offering a variety of classes in our Virtual Gym presented through Zoom including 3 GPT classes a day, Build the Athlete sessions for young athletes 8-13yrs and Athlete specific programs for our older Athletes! Sessions will be 60min in duration working on developing our Titan Training System Foundation in Speed, Strength & Mobility while keeping athletes accountable to building their Fitness & Performance Habits.

BUILD THE ATHLETE GYM CLASS

Last week was a great start to our BTA at home GYM CLASS community. We had 2 strong sessions with young Athletes aged 8-13yrs focusing on Speed & Jumping. The feedback was positive so on to stage 2.

This week we will be running 3×30-45min sessions focusing on Strength, Speed & Jumping. Here is the full schedule:

Monday April 6: Strength at 10AM

Wednesday April 8: Speed at 10AM

Friday April 10: Jumping at 10AM

Along with learning more about our BTA weekly process, this week will also serve as a self evaluation time to figure out if you are a JR or SR BTAer moving forward.

PROJECTED SCHEDULES (*Begin April 14th)

JR BTA GYM CLASS

Age: ~8-11yrs

Days: Mon/Wed/Fri (3x/wk)

Time: 10-1030AM (30min)

SR BTA PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Age: ~10-13yrs

Days: Mon-Fri (5x/wk)

Time: 2-245PM (45min)

Athlete Profile:

Does not need Mom or Dad to be around 100% of the time – Self Motivated
Pays attention for the entire training session
Demonstrates a good work ethic – Competes
Completes Homework & Reports back results
