My name is Timothy Reid. I was born and raised in Toronto, ON Canada. Growing up, I was raised in foster homes. It was difficult at times, and coping with foster care was mentally and physically exhausting. Thankfully, throughout my experiences, I was introduced to and taught about many different types of athletics, such as; soccer, football and hockey. Each day, I have expanded my knowledge further and continued to be involved in sporting activities. This has helped me cope and escape from the difficult times throughout my interesting childhood. Through this, I have developed a strong passion for athletics. Not just the sport itself, but the preparation and how it can positively affect an individual, both mentally and physically. Physical activity has helped me build confidence, mental resilience and better overall health, so, as an adult I decided that personal training would be my career, giving me the opportunity to help people achieve these same results.
I began educating, learning building experience and studying to one day share my passion, care and experiences with others. I am now over six years into my career, and have successfully completed DTS, HWE, Pn1 and specialized in chronic Illness, online coaching and a diploma in Fitness and Health promotions from Algonquin College. My strengths are connecting with my clients, fundamentals and foundation with ability to achieve results while maintaining a 120 hour monthly minimum session count. I work each day to ensure my clients and I are dedicated to our goal and work together to fulfill it. My main focuses are on sustainability, longevity, habits and accountability. I work to provide my clients with the best possible wellness approach to create permanent change. Recently I've worked primarily with the technology industry, providing Shopify and Apple employees with high quality virtual training.
