Titan Up (Weight Loss)

6 week on going program you can join in at anytime

Ive designed 3 weight loss specific classes that will be offered weekly, you are also encouraged to participate in all the amazing group fitness classes offered at Titan Performance.

Weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly measurements to keep tabs on progress.

Daily nutritional coaching through MFP ( My Fitness Pal) which is a free app. You will be required to log your daily food and water intake.

SCULPT – Low weight. High Rep

Full body weight class designed to target every muscle group while activating your cardio. It is built on a 12,10,8 rep cycle to optimize full muscle exhaustion.

INTENSE – In this class you will push your physical limits. This class uses body weight exercises. Time trial rotations of cardio and core. Some examples would be Inch worms, bear crawls and pyramid core exercises.

PAIN – This class uses heavier weights to hardcore music. In between muscle groups a core routine will be done. This class focuses on your lower body and core.

All classes start with a short warm up and end with a full body stretch.

During the six weeks you will have full access to personal training if you choose.

Saturday mornings will be weigh in/measure days. We will also have mini challenges that day. Not against each other but as individual goal setting.

You will see not just the scale move you will see how far you’ve come in your fitness. During your initial sign up you will be timed for each of the following exercises to see where you’re starting from: plank, wall sit and ninja squats.
