Whether you are a hockey/ringette player looking to get stronger, a soccer player looking for quicker feet and speed or a football player seeking to be faster and more agile on the turf, Titan Performance can help. This program is designed to further develop the athleticism, strength, flexibility, conditioning and confidence in all young athletes. We’ll be teaching proper technique while challenging this 14+ age group of men and women. Anyone aspiring to be more athletic and better conditioned will love this class.
