Athletic Conditioning Challenge your mind and body in this high intensity, full body workout. We will test the limits of your cardiovascular system and increase your strength through energized intervals. The classes consist of various stations with up to a minute of rest between each round. Bring out your inner athlete and get ready to move!
High Intensity Interval Training is a total body workout that incorporates cardiovascular and strength work. Alternating through periods of intense anaerobic exercises with less intense rest periods, you will tone your body, burn fat, build muscular endurance and then come back for more!

This class is a full-body workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment. It will include body weight exercises to strengthen your whole body with some options to add in some equipment if you do have some.
You will need:
- Yoga Mat
- Foam Roller (optional)
- 2x4 (something to step on, it can be anything that you don’t mind stepping on that has an elevation)
- Yoga Blocks (optional)
- Dowel (ideal, it can even be a broomstick)
