In week 3 of Isolation, Titan is improving their weekly Instagram Live Routine and beginning to offer Promo Zoom Group sessions for our Adult GPT, Athlete & Build the Athlete Members.

INSTAGRAM LIVE WORKOUTS

Tue/Thu/Sat w/ Coach Scotty

– 30min HIIT

Fri w/ Coach Alex

– 60min Mobility / Strength / Conditioning

**All workouts will run Live at 830AM and will be available for 24hrs on the @titan_perform Instagram account.

PROMO ZOOM TRAINING SESSIONS

With Isolation looking to continue for the foreseeable future Titan is evolving & beginning to offer Remote Zoom Group Training Sessions. To iron out some early kinks we would like to run some Free Promo Sessions to any volunteering members & their families.

BUILD THE ATHLETE AT HOME GYM CLASS

Keep on the lookout for our BTA programming. Week 2 doesn’t mean new challenges, it means building on the ones laid out last week. Are we getting better?

Here is our BTA Weekly Routine:

Day 1: Straight Line Speed (A Runs)

Day 2: Strength (Push Ups & Squats)

Day 3: Change of Direction (Quick Turns)

Day 4: Footwork & Plyometrics (Single Leg Squat Jumps)

Day 5: Conditioning & Games / Theme Day
