TITAN SPORTS CAMP 2021
Register for the Titan Performance Sports Camp where your child/children will participate in our daily Build the Athlete Performance Programs and a variety of Camp activities led by trained coaches from Ottawa University under the Supervision of our Head Athletic Performance Coach, Joey Kwasniewski.
A typical camp day... (1:5 RATIO COACH:CAMPER)
8:00 - 9:00am ~ DROP OFF
9:00am - 10:15am ~ BUILD THE ATHLETE
10:15 - 10:30am ~ NUTRITION BREAK
10:30 - 12:00pm ~ OUTDOORS
12:00 - 1:00pm ~ LUNCH
1:00 - 2:00pm ~ CAMP GAMES
2:00 - 3:00pm ~ MOBILITY AND STRETCH
3:00 - 3:15pm ~ NUTRITION BREAK
3:15 - 5:00pm ~ TITAN GAMES
5:00 - 6:00pm ~ PICK UP
Participants will engage in challenging drills, and fitness activities that will not only challenge their bodies but also their minds and decision-making processes during sport. Plus, participants will be able to record and challenge themselves to beat their own Personal Bests during the Titan Games Challenges.
Join the original Titan Spring Break Sports Camp, but with an added twist! All participants enrolled for the Treadmill option will be able to access a daily 1 hour Skating Treadmill session from one of our trained coaches. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.
