Joey is a uOttawa Human Kinetics graduate who also earned a Master’s of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and holds a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) designation from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). Joey has been working as a performance coach for over 10 years. During this time Joey has worked with a multitude of Elite level High School athletes , CIS/USport athletes and professional athletes with notable tenures with the University of Calgary Dinos Football team (4 years), the Calgary Stampeders (6 years) of the CFL, the uOttawa Gee-Gees Football (7 years) and WRugby (4 years) teams, the Ottawa RedBlacks (2 years) of the CFL and most recently Joey has worked for the last 18 months as the uOttawa Gee-Gees Varsity Lead Performance Coach responsible for all 10 Gee-Gee Varsity Teams consisting of over 400 U Sport athletes as well as developing an internship program which develops 20+ aspiring performance coaches yearly.

Furthermore, Joey has been managing and operating performance businesses for over 10 years. Joey started in Calgary with NSD (National Sports Development) where he managed the football department. Joey went on to start his own business called KING Football in Calgary which he later expanded to Ottawa and changed the name to KING Athletics. Most recently Joey worked for the past 3 years as the Performance Director for Human 2.0 in Ottawa. Joey will now be working as the General Manager at Titan Performance responsible for Business, Staff & Program development.

Philosophically, Joey is a passionate and hard working Coach who teaches Movement literacy by empowering his athletes with education to improve Speed, Strength & Mobility using Movement Based training techniques.


Braxton Scott

Braxton is a Human Kinetics graduate from the University of Ottawa, who has also completed the Movement Certification Program through Human 2.0. Braxton has been working with the uOttawa Gee-Gees High Performance Centre training Gee-Gee varsity athletes since it opened in May of 2016. Braxton has also been working with the uOttawa Women’s Soccer team for the past two seasons focusing on strength and mobility training to reduce the incidence of injury and maximize athletic performance. This past summer Braxton has been introduced to Titan Performance Centre and has begun training youth and general population through Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Summer Camps.

Braxton has a passion for movement and hopes to inspire people to learn and own their body by working outside of their comfort zones to reach their unlocked potential using different modalities of training from many fields of practice.


Scotty Leboeuf

Scotty is an Algonquin College Fitness and Health Promotions graduate and holds a CSEP-CPT (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology – Certified Personal Trainer). Scotty has been working as a performance coach, personal trainer, and group fitness trainer for 3 years. Scotty began at Greco Orleans teaching group fitness classes and working with personal clients. He has now been working at Titan Performance Centre for 2 years, working with athletes at a variety of levels as a performance coach. Scotty is also a lead coach on our Skating Treadmill (Blade) where he leads skaters through programs to improve many aspects of skating. As well as working with our Titan athletes, Scotty is an intern with Gee-Gee Performance at uOttawa working with all their Varsity Athletes and is currently the Assistant Performance Coach with the Gee-Gees MHockey Team.

Scotty is always working to help athletes succeed at their respective sport, and to better their bodies every day through movement based training.
