About

The process of Skill Acquisition is the same whether you’re learning how to run, squat, or handle a hockey stick. You must continuously develop and refine your Foundation of basic Movement Patterns

The Best do the Basics Better –> If you want to stickhandle like an NHL player you must first master the simplest of stick handling patterns and drills.

Titan follows the Canadian Sport for Life Long Term Athlete Developmental model stressing control and quality of Movement. You can take any poor Movement Pattern and make it faster and stronger but without Control at the highest of speeds an Athletes Ceiling will always be limited.

The Titan Stick Skill program covers 4 main components that will lead to continued Stick Skill Progress:

  1. Structural Mobility and joint prep with a focus on Grip and Core development.
  2. Stick Handling: Learning how to maintain possession and travel with the puck
  3. Passing: Learning how to accept force
  4. Shooting: Learning how to exert force
